 A Brief Summary of the Spring Seminar 2009-05-25 Well, it’s Monday morning and an opportunity to recuperate. The Spring Seminar concluded yesterday with the Sunday morning service. It was packed. One of the events was the grand ceremony of the awarding of diplomas to the 37 participants in our Scandinavian Pastor’s Course. And then we also had a wonderful Communion Service where many of the seminar’s delegates, visiting from various nations, took part.
The Lord is gathering His People In a Europe, where de-Christianisation is almost complete and the world is spinning in financial anxiety, there is another view held by Pastor Ulf Ekman. He believes that a new time is about to start for Christianity. It is a time for shaking off materialism and worldly discontent – a time for seeking God and each other and for focusing on what is true and fundamental in our faith.
A time when a darker world in disarray is about to meet with a new kind of Christian.
